At Performance One, our number one company value is putting customers first.
We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and taking the necessary precautions to keep our community, customers and team safe. For the time being it’s business as usual with the following changes to our operation.
Due to social distancing requirements, we have temporarily locked our facility for public access and have adjusted our hours of operation. As of April 1st, we will be temporarily closed on Saturday’s. We are temporarily not accepting any walk-in customers, visits accepted by appointment only. When arriving for your appointment, please drop your key in the key drop off box at the front office door. You will need to coordinate your own arrangements if you are planning to wait for your vehicle. Majority of the businesses in our area have either closed or are not allowing public access during the pandemic. Upon vehicle check-in, it is mandatory that we sanitize your key and most common touch points of your vehicle. Once work is completed on your vehicle, these areas will be sanitized again. Upon vehicle pick-up, we are temporarily not accepting any cash payments. All payments must be made with debit/credit cards. If you are paying with credit card, a credit card authorization payment form will be emailed to you in advance to process your payment without you having to enter the facility and your invoice will be emailed to you. Your key will be placed in the vehicle at the time of your arrival to maintain a safe distance between our staff.
We will continue to keep you up-to-date with any related changes at Performance One that may affect you. We are closely monitoring and following the guidance of the Public Health Agency of Canada and the World Health Organization, to ensure we are doing our part to keep everyone safe.
