At Performance One, our number one company value is putting customers first.
We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and taking the necessary precautions to keep our community, customers and team safe. For the time being it’s business as usual with the following changes to our operation.
Due to the size of our front office and customer lounge, we are unable to accommodate the 6 feet social distancing requirements. Temporarily, there is no public access inside our facility other than the front office entrance. Mandatory face mask or face covering is required for entry. As of April 1st, we have adjusted our hours of operation and will be temporarily closed on Saturday’s. When arriving for your appointment, please enter the front office or drop your key in the key drop off box at the front office door. You will need to coordinate your own arrangements if you are planning to wait for your vehicle. Upon vehicle check-in, it is mandatory that we sanitize your key and most common touch points of your vehicle. Once work is completed on your vehicle, these areas will be sanitized again. Upon vehicle pick-up, we prefer non-cash payments if possible. We have a plexiglass podium set up at the front office for service/parts reception and payment. We also offer online payment options and paperless invoices/documents that can be emailed to you for no contact service.
We will continue to keep you up-to-date with any related changes at Performance One that may affect you. We are closely monitoring and following the guidance of the Public Health Agency of Canada and the World Health Organization, to ensure we are doing our part to keep everyone safe.
